Register a vacant property
this is to register a property that is currently vacant that has not been previously registered by you
The property can be registered under one of the following names
UWplus property - recommended
Bills will be sent to, processed and settled by us. Any energy usage costs will be passed on to the company who may then pass them on to the property owner. UW Membership costs will be covered by UWplus property. If you are a UW Distributor the property will be registered to your customer account with UWplus as the customer.

Your company name
Bills will be sent to your company address for the period of vacancy and will need to be processed and settled by the company with any costs incurred passed on to the property owner or covered by the company. Bills will include any energy costs plus Utility Warehouse membership charge at £1.50 + VAT per month

The property owner's name
All correspondence and bills will be sent to the property owner who will need to process and settle them direct. (We do not advise this unless the property owner insists.)
