For registration of a property or occupier you will need the following information about the property:

Electricity & Gas: Meter type - Credit or Prepay (card or key), Electricity Supply type - Single Rate (standard) or Multiple Rate (Economy 7).

Telephone: BT socket present?, Dial tone present?, Phone number (connect a 'phone and dial 17070 to identify number), Cable TV connection present?, Sky dish and connection present?

Register a vacant property

this is to register a property that is currently vacant that has not been previously registered by you - click here

Register a new occupier

this is to register an incoming occupant of a property - tenant or owner

    Is the new occupant already a Utility Warehouse customer from a previous property?

            Yes - Have they transferred their existing account to this property?

                        Yes - no further action

            No - click here

Register an existing occupier

this is to register an existing occupant of a property, tenant or owner

       Is the occupier already registered with Utility Warehouse?

            Yes - no further action

            No - click here

Register an occupier leaving (important - this affects the incoming occupier)

this is to register when a tenant or other occupier has an established date for vacating a property

    Is the occupier already registered with Utility Warehouse?

            Yes

                    If the occupier was registered with Utility Warehouse by someone other than you/your company - no further action

                    If the occupier was registered with Utility Warehouse by you/your company - click here

            No - no further action
